Tonight is a recap night. I am going through photos and finding pictures and remembering events that I haven't blogged about and putting them here. That means no pic monkey collages or anything, just photos. Seems to be a trend these days.
First, Nick just had me take photos off of his phone and put them on the computer. Here are a few photos:
| Pictures from the Aquarium visit in January |
| Cooking zebra on the way to daycare |
| Rocking the shades |
| Legos and trains, trains and Legos |
Nick occasionally would ski Saturday mornings up near Bayfield. I'd stay home with the girls as long as he would bring me home a vanilla latte. |
Greta's hat for hat day at daycare. She ended up not wearing any hat that day. |
| Lilly is still really into playing vet |
| Goggles, the fashion accessory |
| They work with hats too |
Riding with her doll, Chevrolet (Lilly named the doll after Ramona Quimby's doll)
My brother and sister-in-law came to visit a few weeks before Lilly's birthday. It was a great visit, we hung out at our house and played, Lilly, Matt and Mandy built awesome snow sculptures/sledding hill in the backyard, and had great conversations. We really appreciate them taking the time to drive up and hang out with us all weekend.
| Greta got cold and while we were inside, they built a stegosaurus |
| Drawing when we got back from dinner |
| Licking their plates clean with the chocolate cake |
| Then it got ridiculously warm and the stegosaurus melted. |
Matt and Mandy left Sunday morning after breakfast. The Legos they brought Lilly for her birthday and the snow sculptures in the backyard were fun for quite awhile until the snow melted, which unfortunately was quickly. The fun sledding hill became even more fun when Nick got involved and made it a ton of work for himself.
| She wanted to wear her poofy vest and her jacket wouldn't zip. |
