Our local Shopko Home Store was closing and I bought just a few matching outfits for the girls. Here is the first time they wore them. Luckily my mom was visiting and I was able to use her nice camera to snag some photos of them.
A
few lot of photos of Lilly and Greta playing together. It will be great fun when the two can actually play together. I asked Lilly about that today and she said, "yes! And Greta can be the patient, you can be the rescue helicopter, daddy can be the doctor, and I can be the nurse!" She is still obsessed with playing doctor.

Lilly picked this toy out for Greta (also at Shopko clearance). Greta clearly isn't ready for shape sorting toy but Lilly was super eager for her to have it, so we figured what the heck. |
 |
We went for a trike ride/walk. Lilly is quite quick on her trike, luckily she is so safety conscious she stops well before any intersections. |
 |
| She really does love her sister. . . |
 |
| Dropping things down makes Greta giggle. |
 |
They were having a "conversation," taking turns talking, Lilly saying, "yeah? yeah?" and Greta babbling Quite possibly the cutest thing ever. |

Greta just adores her big sister. She watches her do everything, tracks her around a room and no one, no one, can make her smile as big as she does when she sees Lilly and Lilly gets the best giggles out of her. |
So far we have been very fortunate in how well Lilly does with Greta - lots of reminders to be gentle but it is because she loves her, not because she hates her. If she comes home and doesn't see Greta but sees both parents, Lilly wonders where Greta is. Hopefully this will stay the same for much of their lives.
