My understanding is the Summer Solstice is supposed to mark the beginning of summer, so last Saturday was when summer was supposed to start.

Quite cold - 43 degrees and windy and misty. We left the beach and went back to the warm car and warm house.
Dianne says we owe her more than dinner for coming up to watch Lilly this week while I have my reading class. It is 75 and sunny down in Eau Claire right now . . .
