Lilly does not sit still. Not for a minute, not even for a diaper change. Even if she is just sitting she can often be found clapping her hands. If she's being carried, she's kicking her legs or squirming to get out of your arms and crawl. Today I thought I would see how many different activities she did in a span of five minutes. I grabbed the camera, set the timer on my watch, plopped her in the middle of the sitting room (really, her play room now) and let her go. I took a picture each time she switched to a different activity, most of the time it involved crawling to a new location and pulling herself up there. Here is five minutes of her life:
(After playing with the ball, she moved to the BOSU ball. The picture I snapped was awful. I couldn't bring myself to post the picture. She owes me.)
At this point, she pounded on the footstool a bit, did a few squats and then moved on.
Trying out how the table tastes.
Here she brought my hat from the coffee table down to the BOSU with her.
Back to the ball, which she had accidentally brought with her when she crawled over to the footstool.
She stopped playing with the ball and took a few seconds to applaud herself.
Just as the timer was going off, she moved on to the scooter. And then we moved on to something else!
